Pasta from Italy - Partial Rescission of AD Review

On July 31 Commerce published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Italy covering the period July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007.
Commerce is rescinding the administrative review with respect to Valdigrano Di Flavio Pagani (Valdigrano), Industria Alimentare Colavita (Indalco), Atar S.r.L. (Atar), Rummo S.P.A. Molina E Pastificio (Rummo), Pastificio Pagani S.p.A. (Pagani), Pastificio Carmine Russo and Pastificio Russo di Cicciano (collectively, Russo) and Domenico Paone fu Erasmo (Domenico) because the petitioners withdrew their requests for review.
The review will continue with respect to F. Divella S.p.A., Pasta Zara S.p.A., Pastificio Di Martino Gaetano & F.lli SrL Pastificio Felicetti SrL.
