The Department of Commerce issued its final results of the changed-circumstances review which determined that Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticret A.S. (Marsan) is the successor-in-interest to Gidasa Sabanci Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Gidasa).

The Department of Commerce issued its final results of the changed-circumstances review which determined that Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticret A.S. (Marsan) is the successor-in-interest to Gidasa Sabanci Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Gidasa) and should receive the same antidumping duty treatment on pasta from Turkey as Gidasa. The cash deposit rate of 0 percent is effective for all shipments of the subject merchandise from Marsan entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after June 2. This deposit rate will remain in effect until publication of the final results of the next administrative review in which Marsan participates.
