Pasta from Turkey - Final Results of Changed-Circumstances Review
With respect to Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticret A.S. (Marsan)

Wednesday, October 21, 2009

Commerce issued its final results in the changed circumstances review of the countervailing duty order on pasta from Turkey with respect to Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticret A.S. (Marsan).

The final results remain the same as the preliminary results. Commerce determined that Marsan is not the successor-in-interest to Gidasa for CVD cash deposit rates. Therefore, its merchandise should continue to enter under the “all others” rate of 9.38 percent.
