Pineapple from Thailand - ITC Schedules Full 5-Year Review
Deadline to file pre-hearing briefs is January 4, 2007.
The International Trade Commission gave notice that it will schedule a full review to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty on canned pineapple fruit from Thailand would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. A hearing will be held on January 18 at the ITC building. The deadline for filing pre-hearing briefs is January 4.
