New Shipper Review on In-Shell Roasted Pistachios from Iran
For the period January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.
The Department of Commerce is initiating a new shipper review with regard to the countervailing duty order on in-shell roasted pistachios from Iran. Ahmadi’s Agricultural Productions, Processing, & Trade Complex (Ahmadi) requested the review which will cover the period January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.
The posting of a bond or other security in lieu of a cash deposit is not available in this case. Importers of subject merchandise manufactured and exported by Ahmadi must continue to pay a cash deposit of estimated antidumping duties on each entry at the current all-others rate of 317.89 percent.
Preliminary results are due in December.
