Commerce issued final results of its countervailing duty new shipper review on in-shell roasted pistachios from Iran covering the period Jan. 1, 2006 through Dec. 31, 2006.
The final results remain the same as the preliminary results. Commerce calculated the individual subsidy rate for Ahmadi, the only producer/exporter subject to this review, at 0 percent ad valorem.
For subject merchandise produced and exported by Ahmadi, the cash deposit rate will be zero. For merchandise produced by Ahmadi but not exported by Ahmadi, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the all-other rate of 317.89 percent. And for subject merchandise exported by Ahmadi but not produced by Ahmadi, the cash deposit is 317.89 percent.
