Suspension of AD Duty Investigation on Lemon Juice from Argentina & Mexico

Commerce has suspended the antidumping duty investigation involving lemon juice from Argentina because an agreement was reached between Commerce and S.A. San Miguel A.G.I.C. and Citrusvil, S.A. to revise their prices to eliminate completely sales of this merchandise to the U.S. at less than fair value.

Commerce also suspended the antidumping duty investigation on lemon juice from Mexico because an agreement was reached between Commerce and The Coca-Cola Company and the Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Mexico Branch (collectively “Coca-Cola”) to revise their prices to eliminate completely sales of subject merchandise to the U.S. at less than fair value.
