On Feb. 1, 2005 Commerce issued amended final determinations on sales at less than fair value on the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from China.
On March 29, 2005 11 respondents filed a complaint with the Court of International Trade challenging various aspects of Commerce’s amended final determination, including the fact they were assessed the China-wide duty rate.
Based on a settlement reached between the parties, Commerce published a second amended final determination in which Commerce is assigning each of the eleven respondents a separate rate of 53.68 percent. The PRC-wide rate is 112.81.
