Commerce issued a notice of intent to rescind the antidumping duty new shipper review on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam covering the period February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009. The new shipper review of Nhat Duc Co. Ltd. was initiated March 20, 2009 at the company’s request.
Commerce preliminarily determined that the sale made by Nhat Duc was not bona fide and intends to rescind the new shipper review.
Final results are expected in April.
