Frozen Shrimp from Brazil - Rescission of AD Review
For the period February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009.
On April 7 Commerce published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frozen shrimp from Brazil covering the period February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009.
Commerce is rescinding the review of the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil because there were no shipments or entries of the subject merchandise during the period of review.
